About the role:

As a Sales Consultant for Poland, you will be responsible for successfully building and developing our local market presence. You will live and work in Poland and use your understanding of local conditions to build our customer network from the ground up. In doing so, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with relevant decision-makers, and acquire our first customers for our digital identity solutions.

You are responsible for:

• You will actively build up the Polish market for Nect and continuously refine our local sales strategy.
• You will identify, contact, and acquire new B2B customers for our digital identity solutions.
• You will develop a sustainable sales pipeline and independently guide potential customers from initial contact through to contract signing.
• You will build a strong network of customers, partners, and relevant industry contacts.
• You will analyze market requirements, competitors, and business potential, and use these insights to develop concrete sales strategies.
• You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, and the German sales team to implement successful go-to-market and sales activities.
• You’ll represent Nect at conferences, industry events, and within relevant networks, thereby strengthening our visibility in the local market.

You bring with you:

• Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the sales of technology solutions, software, or SaaS products.
• An existing network is a plus, but not a requirement.
• You’re already familiar with topics such as digital identities, eIDAS 2.0, or the EUDI Wallet, or you’re eager to quickly familiarize yourself with these future-oriented topics.
• You work independently, think entrepreneurially, and want to actively contribute to Nect’s growth.
• You’re fluent in Polish and English or German.
