About the role

As Partner Manager International, you open markets before they are fully formed. Your focus is not on direct sales, but on the structural development of market access, partnerships, and ecosystems for our trust services portfolio (ePass, EUDI, signatures). You ensure that Nect is positioned early in relevant markets, initiatives, and reference architectures and that partners become scalable go-to-market and distribution channels.

The role can be performed locally in an EU target market (e.g. Poland, Hungary, France, Nordics) or from Germany with international travel.

You are responsible for:

• Scouting and designing suitable go-to-market strategies for different target countries while considering market dynamics, partner landscapes, and regulatory specifics
• Building and maintaining a strategic partner and ecosystem network (e.g., wallet providers, QTSPs, system integrators, platforms, and regulatory stakeholders)
• Early positioning of Nect in initiatives, tenders, pilot projects, and reference architectures
• Developing and implementing partner-driven distribution models (e.g., OEM, reseller, and platforms)
• Enabling partners as the primary go-to-market and sales channels
• Establishing ePass, EUDI Wallet, and QES/signatures as core identity use cases in the market
• Representing Nect in working groups, consortia, and industry initiatives at the national and European levels, especially in the EUDI context

You bring with you:

• Proven experience in building and scaling partnerships and ecosystems
• International market experience in regulated environments
• Strong expertise in eIDAS 2.0, EUDI Wallet, trust services, or digital identity
• Experience with QTSPs, signature infrastructures, or wallet solutions is a plus
• Solid understanding of indirect sales and distribution models
• Ability to open up markets in a strategic and structured way
• Confidence in engaging with C-level stakeholders, regulators, and public institutions
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset
• Fluent English is mandatory. Additional language requirements depend on the place of deployment: German is required when working from Germany; when based locally in an EU target market, the respective local language is required.
