Tasks

You will take responsibility for our core product, "Identity," and work with UX, Engineering, and Compliance to continuously develop it further. Our product portfolio in the area of identity includes automated video identity verification with AI fraud detection, ePass (NFC ID card reading), eID, and a wallet function for reusing digital identities.

• Product responsibility for all identity procedures and their further development
• Derivation of product decisions based on quantitative analyses (SQL, BI tools)
• Close collaboration with tech, design and operations to implement regulatory requirements (e.g. eIDAS, GDPR)
• Identification of optimisation potential in UX, conversion and fraud prevention
• Active monitoring of product metrics and derivation of improvements

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital product management, ideally in regulated environments
• In-depth knowledge of SQL and data analysis
• Strong affinity for digital identities, IT security and user experiences
• Experience with API products and customer-oriented platform development
• Structured approach to work, strong communication skills and team spirit
