If you are interested in building our QA strategy from ground up, creating test plans together with our Product and Engineering leadership and eventually strive for automation, but also don’t shy away from coordinating and doing the actual tests then look no further!

You are responsible for:

Development and implementation of the QA strategy

iOS App
Android App
Websites
Machine Learning Services
Eventually also the APIs and the specification

Defect Management

Retrieve defect descriptions from our users, customers and internal sources
Turn them into proper bug tickets
Make them reproducible and manage them through the lifecycle

Test-Plans and -Management

Close collaboration with Product- and Engineering-Manager
Create and maintain test plans
Coordinate test runs
Assume QA Tester role where necessary

Test Automation

Eventually we strive for automation, if this is a topic for you, you can take the driver seat

Reporting

Provide reports and recommendations to Product- and Enginnering leadership
Maintain an overview of trends and provide insights

Close collaboration with Engineering Teams

Ensure seamless integration of QA into the development process
Help the engineering teams to understand the defects and their severity
Analyse defects and provide re-pro where possible

You bring:

Excellent experience in QA Management (3 yrs+)
Able to manage QA Tester, internal, external and getting help from other teams
Clear communication skill
Excellent collaboration skills

Swift und Kotlin. We build our mobile apps using a fully native tech stack, using Swift for our iOS app, and Kotlin for our Android app.

Apple Vision

We use the native Computer Vision iOS library to make the document capture process easier and friendlier for the user.

Google ML Kit

The native Android libraries are used to make the identification process more user-friendly.

OpenCV

We rely on this library for additional image-processing tasks in the Android app.

Computer Vision & Machine Learning

Unser Computer Vision / Machine Learning Team besteht aus inspirierenden Menschen, die am "Herzen" unserer Technologie arbeiten. Hier werden die Algorithmen konzipiert und implementiert, die unsere automatisierte Identifizierungslösung überhaupt erst möglich und so sicher machen. Dabei arbeiten wir state-of-the-art Methoden wie Gesichts- und Alterserkennung und vielen weiteren Methoden, welche die wirklich spannenden Themen im Bereich Machine Learning darstellen. Bei uns finden Spezialist:innen im Bereich Machine Learning und Forschende ein Zuhause, die ihre Erfahrung und wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnisse ganz praktisch und im Produktkontext einsetzen möchten.
