Here at Nect, we take pride in the quality of our products, particularly the user-friendliness of our apps! But don't be fooled: behind this highly accessible user experience is a complex system that meets various security, compliance, and technological requirements.

Our Android and iOS apps are the primary point of interaction for our users. In addition, we create and operate tools for internal use and for engaging with our customers. The heart of our value chain is the machine-learning system, utilising cutting-edge methods for facial and age recognition, amongst many other tactics from this fascinating field. These services are orchestrated by our service-oriented back-end system. All of this runs on our hardware within a multi-datacentre Kubernetes cluster

Data Maintenance & Customer Success

Our data maintenance team works 17 hours, 7 days a week for you, so that identification among the users of our app (e.g. with your health insurance) works smoothly. Not every ID is so well preserved that it is readable for our machine. Here our data maintenance team jumps in and manually checks the accuracy.

Finance & Administration

For us, it's all about numbers and the correct handling of all administrative processes. Starting with the proper execution of payments, payroll to internal order processes, we build number-based foundations for our growth. In doing this, we don't forget our Nectees on site: Our colleagues at reception and in office management are also part of our team!

Legal, Compliance, Security

We operate in a highly regulated market and work with highly sensitive, sometimes biometric, data of our users. Accordingly, the issue of security is very close to our hearts and is part of our DNA. To ensure everything complies with the relevant requirements in the area of IT security, data security and compliance, our team takes the implementation and rigorous adherence to legal fundamentals and concepts far beyond current standards very seriously.

Marketing & Public Relations

In marketing, we ensure that our products and our brand find their way to the public. With social media campaigns, content productions and PR actions, as well as our own in-house podcast, we take Nect out into the world. In addition, we assist in the organisation of our internal events – the so-called Nectevents – and supply our colleagues with cool merch, which makes the (working) day at Nect even more beautiful. Our team continues to grow and we're always on the lookout for creative minds, strategic thinkers and ambitious all-rounders.

People & Culture

Within the People & Culture area, we support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle. From initial contact and recruitment, successful onboarding at Nect, administrative support, measures for personal development and leadership development. Our goal is to provide all Nectees with a great place to work and to enable a balance between family, work and personal development

Product Management

In product management, we are constantly working on improving our current product to enhance the user experience for our users. In addition, we plan and test further product enhancements and entirely new products that can be part of our Nect-Wallet. Our goal is to provide the best solution for all target groups.

Sales & Key Account Management

With us, everything revolves around the customers: We are constantly in search of potential customers who want to make the identification process for their users even simpler and safer with our solution. After gaining the customer, we make sure they receive a good onboarding and thus can utilise the full potential of our solution for them. We are in regular exchange with the customers and thus, we also learn which product enhancements would be valuable for our customers

Strategy & Operations

As an organisation, we can only be successful if we all pull together. Therefore, we take a comprehensive view of the company in Operations to develop our organisation further. We often act like internal consultants and project managers who tackle a particular challenge and then design appropriate measures with the respective teams, support the implementation and check the success together with the teams. With us it's never dull, as our topics are very diverse.
